Stan's Fund
A
s you all know it was perfect weather on `Dickens Day', a
fantastic atmosphere and large crowds, many of which came
and supported `Stan's Fund'.
The cakes went quickly as did the sweets. A good number of
blankets were also sold with some very generous people just
wanting to give a donation.
Many, many thanks once again to everybody who supported `Stan's
Fund'.
Hopefully, I will manage to do another cake stall, weather permitting,
soon, as at present we use monthly: 60 large cans of dog food, 2
sacks of dry food, 30 cans of cat food, 1/4 sack of cat biscuits, 2
boxes of kitten biscuits, 80 pouches of kitten meat, and a never
ending supply of dog chews.
If anybody would like to donate any of the above, or can sell them at
a reasonable price I would be delighted to hear from you.
