House from the outside, but ever
wondered what's contained within?
Following a period of interior
renovation, the magnificent 18th
century listed property is now home to
EMLC and Third Wave, two companies
dedicated to improving standards within schools.
EMLC specialises in leadership development and runs
training programmes for head teachers and senior school
leaders across England to help them gain additional skills,
knowledge and expertise. Sitting alongside them, Third
Wave Enterprises is an expert in school improvement and
works with schools and local authorities who need
dedicated support to raise standards and the quality of
teaching.
A perfect fit
Built in 1760 and used throughout the 18th, 19th and 20th
century by the owners of the tannery, the interior of Bridge
House has been completely refurbished with great respect
to its original features. "In moving to Bridge House we
wanted to create an environment that is progressive and
contemporary but is underpinned by its longevity and
strength," said Jan Marshall, chief executive of both
companies. "We believe the qualities held by Bridge House
are a perfect fit for our own values, we're delighted to be here
and look forward to playing an active role in Olney life."
